Submission guidelines Artists submitting work for consideration for exhibition at Noir Art Emporium should follow the following guidelines: 1. Send letter of introduction explaining type of work produced (media, size & subject matter), any special hanging instructions and optional artist statement. 2. Include 35 mm slides of artwork labeled with artist's name, title of work, medium, size & date work was produced. Label top side of image. CDs with digital images of artwork may be sent in lieu of slides. File names should be numbered for easy reference and include artist's name & title of work. Include seperate numbered list of artwork submitted on CD with artist's name, title of work, medium, size, date work was produced. DO NOT send print-outs of artwork. 3. Resume or CV detailing exhibition experience. Be sure to include contact information. 4. SASE for return of slides or CDs. Submissions without SASE will not be returned. 5. All artwork exhibited at Noir must be framed in an acceptable condition
